1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Account Eligibility

• You are not acting on behalf of another person when placing bets or managing funds.

3 Registration & Account Management

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on bet739 are processed in PKR. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and other supported mobile wallets. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each payment method are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.

Deposits are typically credited to your bet739 account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method. If a deposit does not appear in your account balance within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number so we can investigate.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else sends money on your behalf — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and your account being reviewed.

• bet739 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Promotional deposit bonuses are subject to the bonus terms described in Section 6 of this document.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your bet739 account at any time, subject to the following conditions being met. Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method that matches the name on your bet739 account.

bet739 aims to process withdrawal requests via JazzCash and Easypaisa within minutes of approval for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three working days depending on your bank. The exact processing times for each payment method are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.

• The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable limits are shown in your account's withdrawal section.
• Funds that are subject to active wagering requirements on a bonus cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been met.
• bet739 may request additional identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal above a certain amount.
• VIP Gold, Diamond and Platinum tier players benefit from priority withdrawal processing as part of the VIP programme.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

If a withdrawal request is declined, you will receive a notification explaining the reason. Common reasons include incomplete verification, an outstanding wagering requirement, or a mismatch between your account details and the payment method provided.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

The specific terms of each promotion — including the wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games or sports, and expiry period — are stated at the time the offer is presented to you.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Each promotion is available once per player, per household and per device, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bets placed on certain markets, or at odds below the minimum stated in the promotion, may not contribute to the wagering requirement.
• If a withdrawal is requested while a wagering requirement is still active, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• bet739 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, placing hedged bets to meet requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting errors — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on bet739 are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport or game. For cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, ODI series and Test matches — the market rules are displayed on the relevant betting page. For fish games and other gaming products, the rules are available within each game interface.

The following general betting rules apply to all markets on bet739:

• A bet is confirmed only when a bet reference number is generated and displayed to you. Until that point, the bet has not been accepted by the system.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled unless the platform explicitly offers a cash-out option for that market and you choose to use it.
• Bets will be settled according to the official result from the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, bet739 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake. Players will be notified of any such decision.
• Bets placed after an event has started may be accepted at bet739's discretion in live in-play markets. The odds at the time of confirmation apply.
• bet739 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at any time, including for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.

For cricket in-play markets — particularly during PSL matches and Pakistan international fixtures — market suspension periods may apply during key moments such as wickets, reviews, or weather delays. Any bet submitted during a suspension will not be accepted.

8 Responsible Gaming

bet739 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable betting environment. We believe responsible gaming is a shared responsibility between the platform and the player. We provide a range of tools to help players stay in control of their time and spending on bet739.

The following tools are available in your account settings at any time:

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bet739. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds associated with the prohibited activity may be forfeited.

• Opening more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or miscalculated odds for financial gain.
• Sharing an account with another person or allowing a third party to manage or operate your account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform in connection with any activity that is fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds through the bet739 platform that originate from illegal activities.
• Abusing the bonus or promotional system in a manner that is contrary to the spirit of the offers, including through arbitrage or hedging strategies designed purely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at bet739 staff or other players.

bet739 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect prohibited conduct. Where suspected fraud or rule violations are identified, accounts may be suspended without prior notice while an investigation is carried out. The outcome of any investigation is at bet739's sole discretion.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

bet739 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Unusual, suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity on the account.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised against bet739 by the account holder.
• Account inactivity — accounts that have not been logged into for an extended period may be flagged as inactive. Any remaining balance will be held and can be reclaimed by contacting support with proof of identity.

If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, you can do so from your account settings or by contacting our support team. A voluntary closure request will be processed within 24 hours. Any verified, eligible balance at the time of closure will be returned to your preferred PKR payment method after standard processing times.

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, bet739 will communicate the decision and the reason to the account holder. In cases involving suspected fraud or money laundering, funds may be withheld pending further investigation or as required by applicable obligations.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the bet739 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, software, text, odds data, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the property of bet739 or its content licensors. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of bet739.

You are permitted to access and use the bet739 platform for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorised use of bet739 content, including scraping of odds data, reproduction of game interfaces or commercial redistribution of platform materials, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

bet739 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions and connectivity issues beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet739 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, loss of earnings or indirect financial loss arising from the use of the platform.
• Bets that were not confirmed due to a technical error or connectivity issue on the player's end.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their login credentials or account access.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by circumstances outside bet739's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, force majeure events or third-party payment processor delays.

Nothing in these terms limits bet739's liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law. In all cases, our maximum liability to any individual player in connection with a specific incident shall not exceed the amount of the bet or deposit directly involved in that incident.

13 Changes to Terms

bet739 may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in platform features, payment options, legal requirements or operational policies. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. Where changes are material — for example, changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — bet739 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players in advance.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Continued use of the bet739 platform after any update to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should discontinue use of the platform and contact support to close your account and request any eligible balance be returned.
